Treo Wellness is a whole-person wellbeing platform. We cater to small and mid-size employers but can work with any organization. Our mission is to help others discover their healthy lifestyle and provide all the tools necessary for that success. We address the three interdependent aspects of wellbeing - fitness, nutrition, and behavior change. It all starts with a goal and the readiness for change. Through our habit logging and education resources, no goal is too small or too big to achieve.
