Medical Aesthetician and Laser Tech

Seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Aesthetician to join our team! In this role, you will assess patients' skincare needs, perform both cosmetic and medically necessary procedures, and help improve skin health and appearance. You will also provide education on skincare practices, preventative measures, and recommend suitable skincare products to help clients achieve and maintain healthy, radiant skin.
 

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform services as needed for each patient including HydraFacial, chemical exfoliation, dermaplane, extractions, and more under supervision of a physician or advanced practitioner.
• Assesses skin health care needs and determines need for treatment and/or products.
• Prioritizes patient relationships. Communicates skin health to patients in a personalized, warm nature in person and on the phone.
• Integrates provider services by evaluating and offering treatment options to improve the health and clinical outcome of their patient’s care.
• Maintains inventory of skin care products which are appropriate to the needs of the practice.
• Follows HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
• Completes and maintains patient records.
• Schedule appointments.
• Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Maintains a sanitary environment and follows office procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• State Board licensed esthetician in Wisconsin
• Ability to perform and follow state protocols and regulations
