Position Overview

A Wisconsin-based 5-star moving company is seeking a rock star who is outgoing, innovative, and driven to succeed. You must possess good organizational skills, be creative and innovative.

Primary Activities and Responsibilities of Position

• Provide accurate moving estimates via telephone interviews with the client.

• Scheduling In-Home estimates for packing, moving, and unpacking.

• Arranging On-Site estimates for Commercial Clients and large items

• Timely follow-up of clients after the initial estimate to secure booking.

• Provide clients with a positive experience from the first contact through the final follow-up after the move is completed.

Successful Candidate has a Combination of These Skills, Abilities, and Experience

• Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to provide 5-star service

• Ability to work independently on achieving goals

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Ability to work with a team to develop strategies for growth and development

• Knowledge of the moving industry, and warehousing

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

• Previous sales experience is a plus

• Flexibility to work some weekends to support trade shows and other events as neede
