Office Operations & Support Specialist

Location: Sun Prairie, WI |  Full-Time |  Reports to: Executive Director 
The Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce is seeking an organized and proactive Office Operations & Support Specialist to manage daily office operations, provide administrative support, and assist with events and membership services. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented multitasker passionate about supporting local businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Admin Support – Oversee office operations, handle inquiries, and manage documents.
Membership Support – Assist with registrations, renewals, and member engagement.
Event Coordination – Support planning and logistics for Chamber events and programs.
Financial Administration – Assist with invoicing, payments, and record-keeping.
Marketing & Communication – Help with newsletters and promotional materials.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Skills – Office management/admin experience preferred. Strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Attributes – Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about community growth.  Connections within the community are a plus.
