The Facilitator for this event is Attorney Laura Liss. Laura represents small business buyers, sellers, and founders. Her business covers business purchases and sales, commercial real estate, contracts, forming companies, franchising, trademark matters, and more. She is typically a client's first call to troubleshoot whatever issue/question comes up because she is known to be practical and avoids legal jargon. Laura leads two networking groups for professional advisors to business buyers and sellers, which allows her to provide her clients ample referrals of high-quality advisors whenever they need help in M&A and industry knowledge.
