BOOTH SPECIFICS
  • Space for booth is 12 x 12.   Participants must provide their own booth structures & tables.
  • Must carry a minimum of $100,000 liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance to The Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce by 7/31/2024. (Contact your insurance agent)

  • Location of booth space is designated by the Chamber of Commerce
  • Booth hours are:
                        Saturday: Noon to 8:00p.m  
                        Sunday: Noon - 5:00p.m.
              
  • Vendors are expected to be at their booth and open during the entire duration of booth hours. Please no early closings.
  • Booth structures must be in place by 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 16th
  • Remove all booth items/structures by 10:00 am on Monday, August 19th
  • All applications are subject to approval by The Chamber of Commerce
  • Right of first refusal for booth locations is provided up until June 1, 2024. Registration after this date, will not reserve the same space as last year. 
The Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to approve or reject applications.

Non Profit member = $150.00
Non Profit, non member = $200.00

All Booths
Required Facility Clean Up Fee: $50  (included in the fee at checkout)
Other Fees:
Electrical - each outlet: $100.00  (ex. 220 watts, but please let us know if you will use any electrical as the grounds will need to be set up accordingly so that power is not lost)
