The Identity Iceberg (TM) is a tool for understanding the skills, beliefs, values, and identity you have currently, and you need to have if you're going to continue to grow professionally.  
Ever see someone with great ideas always get pushed aside?  It's because of skills, beliefs and identity.  They don't have the skills to navigate internal politics or present their ideas in a way that resonates.  They have beliefs that say "this is going to be hard, or no one will listen."  They have an identity of a doer not a leader.
The good news?  We can change our identities.
